3) Consultation If you are serious about getting legal assistance a consultation is the best place to start. A consultation can be either in-person or by phone. One of our immigration lawyers will diagnose your situation, explain the law, and provide answers to your questions. Spend up to a full hour with an immigration attorney to discuss the details of your case, work through complex issues and supporting documents, and plan an immigration strategy for obtaining benefits. We credit the consultation fee toward any related work we may do for you in the future when you have retained our firm.
